3. ORDERS, MEASUREMENTS, AND CUSTOM PROJECTS
- Free Consultation & Measurements: Any initial measurement request or on-site consultation is subject to
schedule confirmation and availability by Furniture Dream. - Custom Orders: Because custom furniture is manufactured to individual dimensions and client specifications,
production begins only after final project approval and receipt of the agreed deposit/prepayment. - Project Modifications: Any modifications requested by the client after project confirmation and order sign-off may
affect the final cost and delivery timeline.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Applicable local, state, or federal taxes (including Florida sales tax), as well as delivery/handling fees, will be
calculated and disclosed prior to final order confirmation. - We reserve the right to modify prices for materials and services at any time prior to an executed agreement.
5. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
- Delivery and completion dates provided are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, production
volume, or external logistics factors. - The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the premises for measurement,
delivery, and installation teams.
6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
- Standard / Off-the-Shelf Items: May be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard Return Policy,
provided they are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. - Custom-Made Products: Custom-built furniture, modified items, and bespoke interior solutions are nonrefundable
once production has commenced, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (including logos, graphics, text, images, designs, 3D visualizations, and source code) is the
exclusive property of Furniture Dream and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized
copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
